Honda XR80 Intake Gasket

When I replacement and take manifold gasket wasn't readily available, I created the part from a reference photo and transferred it into a fully edible CAD model. This design includes the mounting geometry and integrated O ring sealing groove to match the original parts function.

This project highlights my ability to reverse engineer existing components, create accurate parametric CAD models, and rapidly prototype functional replacement parts using 3D printing. Wrather replacing obsolete components, testing design improvements, or producing one off custom parts, this workflow provides a fast and cost-effective solution.
