kawasaki KLR650 Air Box Cover

This project began with an original Kawasaki KLR650 air box cover. The part was 3D scanned and converted into a cloud point, which was then cleaned to remove unwanted noise and artifacts. The processed scan data was converted into a solid CAD model, allowing for accurate reverse engineering and customization. A custom design was then incorporated into the model before producing a functional 3D printed replacement part.
