Broken Motorcycle Air Filter Cage Recreation

When replacement parts are discontinued or impossible to find, reverse engineering can bring them back to life.

For this project, a damaged motorcycle air filter cage was recreated from the original broken component. The remaining part was carefully measured and modeled in CAD, restoring the missing sections while preserving the factory dimensions and fit. A durable replacement was then 3D printed in high-strength filament, providing a functional solution without the need to source expensive or obsolete OEM parts.

Whether it's a broken clip, bracket, cover, or air filter cage, I can reverse engineer existing parts and manufacture custom replacements that fit like the original.
