After customer replaced the rear bumper on a Toyota Tacoma, the factory parking sensors leave unwanted openings or exposed wiring when they're no longer needed. This project involved designing custom-fit sensor delete plugs that install securely into the original sensor openings, giving the bumper a clean, factory-style appearance.

Each plug was reverse engineered from the OEM sensor dimensions to ensure a precise fit and printed from durable, weather-resistant filament for long-term outdoor use. Multiple surface textures and finishes were tested to closely match the factory bumper trim, creating a subtle, professional look that blends in rather than standing out.
